Senior executives sell shares to finance the acquisition of shares through call options

The senior executives are MilDef’s CEO Björn Karlsson, CFO Daniel Ljunggren, Chief Sales Officer Fredrik Jacobsson, and the company’s CTO Fredrik Persson. The transactions further strengthen MilDef’s management’s long-term ownership in MilDef with more extensive holdings and a larger number of senior executives with substantial ownership in the company. A number of institutional investors are the buyers of the shares.
