MilDef signs 20-year framework agreement with a NATO nation worth SEK 2.8 billion
MilDef, a global provider of tactical IT, has signed a 20-year strategic framework agreement with defense forces in a European NATO country, to modernize and digitalize this nation’s defense forces. The counterpart cannot be disclosed due to national security. The framework agreement is by far the largest to date for MilDef, estimated to SEK 2.8 billion over 20 years.

Financial development Q2 2022 Net sales increased by 46% to SEK 118.5 million (81.3). Gross margin amounted to 49% (48). Adjusted EBITDA amounted to SEK -9.6 million (-2.3), equivalent to an adjusted operating margin of -8.1% (-2.8). MilDef’s CEO increases his holding in the company
Through the call options issued in 2015, MilDef’s CEO Björn Karlsson has today increased his holding by 549,000 shares.
MilDef wins 82 MSEK order in Norway
MilDef, a global provider of tactical IT, will provide technology to a Norwegian defense vehicle program with deliveries 2022-2023. This is a follow-up order on an existing program and a mid-life upgrade of armored vehicles in the M113 series. The customer is NDMA, Norwegian Defense Materiel Agency.
