The company’s external auditors since 2023 are the registered accounting firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB with Eric Salander as auditor in charge and Johan Rönnbäck as co-signatory. The external auditors attend at least one board meeting annually, at which the auditors report their observations from the audit and their assessment of the internal control. The auditors receive a fee for their work in accordance with the decision of the AGM.
The auditors were re-elected at the 2023 AGM for the period until the end of the 2024 AGM.
