MilDef invites to a Capital Markets Day for investors, analysts and media, on September 18. The program starts at 9.00 am at At Six in Stockholm and the presentations will also be broadcasted via a live webcast.

Westek Technology, subsidiary of MilDef, continues growth with a contract award for deliveries of rugged IT equipment to a global and mission critical defense platform from a global, Tier 1 defense and security company. This marks the single largest order so far for Westek and deliveries will take place in 2026. Order value is SEK 45 million and further contracts into the program are expected to follow in 2025 and beyond.

MilDef’s chairman Björn Karlsson has sold 500,000 shares and the board member Marianne Trolle has sold 1,000,000 shares in the company to Swedish and international investors. The purpose of the transaction is to provide liquidity to the sellers, with one of the purposes being the establishment of the Next Step foundation which goal is to promote the development of a more resilient society through investments in medicine and technology. Marianne Trolle, who founded MilDef together with Tomas Odelid, will be the foundation’s main contributor. Björn Karlsson will also be one of the board members of the foundation.

Clavister, a leader in European cyber security for mission-critical applications, has on several occasions in recent months ordered MilDef’s hardware for customized and ruggedized network equipment intended for installation in BAE System Hägglund’s CV90 combat vehicle. In December, hardware worth SEK 30 million was ordered and now an order worth SEK 40 million is signed. The hardware is a sub-component of two products in Clavister CyberArmour, a product family of AI-based, military-adapted next-generation firewalls for defense applications. First serial delivery in early 2027.
