The annual general meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2022 will be held on 25 May 2023 in Helsingborg.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the AGM must send a written request to the Board of Directors of MilDef Group. To be considered, the request normally needs to be received by the Board of Directors no later than seven weeks before the AGM, i.e. by 6 April 2023.
