The share capital development

According to MilDef’s articles of association, the share capital shall be a minimum of SEK 6,162,500 and a maximum of SEK 24,650,000, divided into a minimum of 24,650,000 and a maximum of 98,600,000 shares.

At year-end 2025 MilDef’s share capital amounted to SEK 11,778,723.75, divided into 47,114,895 shares with a quota value of SEK 0.25 per share.
